The Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation’s previous logo was disconnected from the cutting-edge work happening at the hospital, and research showed a low awareness of the Glenrose’s innovative advancements. The foundation needed a new visual identity that would redefine the image of the hospital as a hub of excellence in order to stand out in a crowded fundraising landscape. We dropped “rehabilitation” from the foundation’s name to reinforce the hospital’s broader role in healthcare. We also expanded the visual identity beyond the logo, using a series of interconnected shapes to form a design language that could be applied to multiple applications.
